I've always been drawn to two things: connection and development—bringing people and ideas together, and seeing what can happen when we give potential room to grow.
My career has taken me through leadership, business development, wellness, real estate, hospitality and entrepreneurship. I've led teams, grown businesses, coached professionals, helped shape organizations and built ventures of my own.
Different industries. Different chapters. But the part I've loved most has always been the same: seeing potential, asking the questions that uncover it, connecting people and ideas, and helping turn what could be into something real.
